Delete your Parent Account
Request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete inside the app
If you still have Web-Hero Academy installed, sign in to the Parent Account, open Profile / Parent Account, choose Delete Parent Account, and confirm the deletion. This deletes the Parent Account and associated cloud data.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, email us from the same parent email address used for the Web-Hero Academy Parent Account. Include the account email and state that you want the account and associated cloud data deleted.

What is deleted
- the Web-Hero Academy Parent Account;
- the parent profile and saved Hero nickname;
- cloud-saved game progress associated with that account; and
- feedback records associated with the account where reasonably identifiable and not required to be retained for legal or security reasons.
What may remain
Guest data stored only on a device is not remotely accessible to us and can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Store transaction records may be retained by Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or other payment providers according to their own legal and operational requirements.
Verification
To protect users from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify control of the Parent Account email before completing a web deletion request. You do not need to reinstall the app to make the request.
